MBC TPEG Connect endless evolution
Even now, in the era of connected cars and self-driving cars, MBC TPEG continues to evolve without stopping. As a broadcasting company, we are already providing IP network-based TPEG service to keep pace with the future automobile era. Both in name and reality, MBC TPEG has already evolved into DMB, IP, and Hybrid services. MBC, which started data broadcasting for the first time in Korea in 1996, has know-how in data broadcasting. MBC TPEG will always strive to provide the best content as an ongoing service without stopping at the present time.

DMB TPEG’s heyday of navigation-based services
Since the era of nationwide DMB broadcasting service opened, transmission bandwidth has increased compared to the past FM data broadcasting era, enabling faster and higher quality data to be transmitted. Through this DMB TPEG service, more diverse contents such as traffic information, oil price information, accident information, and news information will be provided to navigation terminals. Started in 2007, MBC DMB TPEG service is still being provided to many vehicles.

The first step of MBC's traffic information service
MBC, which started providing content services for drivers through FM data broadcasting (FM DARC), became the only broadcaster that took the first step in the traffic information service field of the ITS (Intelligent Traffic System) industry, a state-of-the-art traffic system, and achieved revitalization.
